Daytime heat index values are expected to be 105 degrees or higher and nighttime index 75 degrees or higher. Cooling stations at Lincoln Center 7:30 - 4:30, Ruth Gilfry Center 9 - 6, Downtown Library 9:30 - 5, Salvation Army 1600 Briggs St. 9 am - 9 pm.
