Your 2015 Section 125 / Flex Spending Enrollment Form must be completed and returned to the Personnel Department by 4:00 pm on Tues., November 25.
Our flex plan administrator will remain the same for 2015, Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC), and our health savings account administrator will remain with HSA Bank. If you had a Benny Card during the 2014 plan year, keep your card as it will be re-used for the 2015 plan year.
