[ARCHIVED] Stevens Point Native Awarded in Army's Best Warrior Competition

Feb. 10, Governor Scott Walker presented a certificate of achievement to Stevens Point native Specialist Mitchell Fromm, combat engineer, who took second place in the Dept. of the Army's Best Warrior Competition's Soldier of the Year category in November.
