The Affordable Care Act requires employers to provide access to the Summary of Benefits and Coverage for the health insurance plan in which employees participate. Summaries are available for employees in Transit and those under the High Deductible Plan.
The format of this document is federally mandated to enable recipients to more easily compare health insurance plans. This description is limited, so for more information you may wish to refer to the Schedule of Benefits previously distributed for your plan.
