[ARCHIVED] Division St./Fourth Ave. Intersection Signal Work Aug.19

At approx. 6 am, Mon., Aug. 19, traffic signals at the Division St. and Fourth Ave. intersection will be turned off for upgrades. Traffic will be controlled by 4-way stop signs. Expect delays at the intersection. Work will be completed by late afternoon.
