Paying Invoices

General Information

Invoices all have an Invoice Number on them and are typically sent for services such as (but not limited to): Advertising; Ambulance Standby or Reports; Damage to City property; False Alarms; Farmer’s Market Booth Fees; Field Rental Charges; Ice Facility Time; Inspection Charges; Noise Disturbance Charges; Police Contractual Service; Snow Removal; Special Assessment Letters; Weeds and Grass.

Ways to Pay your Invoice

Pay by Mail or In Person

Mail or bring the coupon and your payment to:

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

If you don't send or bring the coupon, please send or bring your customer/parcel number and your invoice number.

Pay Online

  • Additional Fees apply.  
  • When paying online:
    Select Payment Type - Treasurer-Invoices/Licenses/Tax
    Enter Invoice Description - Invoice
    Enter the Invoice Number (printed on your invoice)

  • Add more Invoices (if any) by selecting “Add More Items” under the invoice entry screen
  • Confirm all fees prior to accepting your payment
