- Utilities are included at their Hi-Rise Manor and Madison View apartment complexes. A utility allowance is given at their Scattered Site Family Homes.
- Laundry is on site at their Hi-Rise and Madison View apartment complexes. Laundry hookups are also available in apartments/homes with basements.
- The current waiting list varies from 6 months to 24 months depending on household size.
