| Offense:
2nd degree sexual assault (repeat offender), operate motor vehicle without owner's consent, (repeat offender). Conviction Date: 12/21/1990 Targeted Victims: Adult Females Under the supervision of the Department of Corrections until 11/27/2001 Offense Descriptions: Offender met adult female at an outdoor festival. After consuming alcohol with victim, offender coerced victim into giving him her car keys. Offender drove victim to a motel, and told her he lived there. Victim entered the hotel room to retrieve her car keys and offender threw victim onto the bed, then dragged her, choked her, and hit her on the head. Offender sexually assaulted the victim. Special Conditions of Supervision (Expires 11/27/2006): 1. No unsupervised contact with minors, No taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victim, not to consume alcohol or drugs. 2. Must comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision, cooperate with electronic monitoring. 3. Face to face contact with law enforcement required, comply with all rules, and lifetime registrant with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program. If this individual is known to be violating any of the Special Conditions of Supervision, please contact the Division of Corrections at 346-1250 between 7:45 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
