| Offense: Second Degree Sexual Assault of a child. Mr. Kosmach attempted sexual contact with a 14 year old non-relative female acquaintance. Offender also had sexual contact with two relative female acquaintances. Offender used an Internet chat room to meet one of the victims. | ||||||||||||||
