2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Conviction Date: 02/01/1994 Targeted Victims: Juvenile Females Under the supervision of the Department of Corrections until 12/06/2001 Offense Descriptions: Offender has a prior conviction in the State of Washington for Sexual Assault of a juvenile female. Current offense occurred with a juvenile female, and occurred multiple times over a period of 9 months. Special Conditions of Supervision (Expire 12/06/2001): 1. No contact with victims, no unsupervised contact with minors, not to be anyplace minors congregate, not to consume alcohol or illegal drugs. 2. Must comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision, cooperate with electronic monitoring, home visits will be conducted. 3. Face to face contact with law enforcement required, lifetime registrant with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program. If this individual is known to be violating any of the Special Conditions of Supervision, please contact the Division of Corrections at 346-1250 between 7:45 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
