Sex Offender Registry: Dale W. Neumann
Conviction Date: 4/21/2003 Offense: 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a child. Dale Neumann forced a 7 year old male stranger to touch the offender's genital area in the locker room of a public gym. Mr. Neumann waited until all children left except one. He will be under close supervision through the Department of Corrections. |

No unsupervised contact with minors and cannot frequent places where minors are present; no taverns/bars/liquor stores; no contact with victim; not to consume alcohol or drugs. Face to face contact with law enforcement required; comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of WI sex offender registration program.
