Conviction Date: 2/1/1996 Offense: 2nd Degree Sexual Assault; 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. Mr. Turner forced sexual intercourse on two 15 year old female non-relatives. On one occasion he used a knife to threaten the victim and in the other case threatened to break her neck. |
