Baseball / Softball Stevens Point, a well noted hot spot for baseball / softball, conducts almost non-stop baseball / softball league and tournament play through the summer, in association with the Stevens Point Softball Association, The Stevens Point Girls Softball Association and the Stevens Point Little League / Babe Ruth League Organizations. |
The Park & Recreation Department is responsible for the maintenance of several softball / baseball fields within the city. Zenoff Sports Complex has three contiguous softball fields and is a great place to watch Stevens Point Softball Association regular league / tournament games. Goerke Park has two back-to-back diamonds for Softball and Little League baseball. Morton Park, Mead Park, and Texas Park have Softball/Little League diamonds. Iverson Park has a Softball diamond. Cub Mancheski Baseball Field, located within Bukolt Park, is the home field of Stevens Point American Legion league baseball teams and the two local high schools' teams.
