Any Invoice from the City* Online By Phone In Person  
Citation from Police or Ordinance Violation Online  
Parking Ticket Online By Phone In Person
Property Taxes Online By Phone In Person ACH
Water/Utility Bill Online By Phone In Person ACH
         
*Invoices for Special Assessments cannot be paid online because of daily interest charges. 
  Payment for Citations from the Police Dept. or for other Ordinance Violation Citations issued
  by the City must go to the Portage County Clerk of Courts.
