Official Site of the Government of Stevens Point, Wisconsin   Fire Department Blood Pressure Screening It's FREE, it's PAINLESS, it only takes SECONDS, and it could SAVE YOUR LIFE! As a service to the Stevens Point community, the Stevens Point Firefighters Local 484 provide free blood pressure screening at the Headquarters Fire Station, 1701 Franklin Street. The screening is open to the public. Anyone can have his or her blood pressure checked any weekday morning from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon.     Many physicians request that patients track their blood pressure and we hope this service provides a convenient, fast way to do it. A helpful card to record and track pressures is provided and the visit takes only minutes. High blood pressure is easy to identify, and is usually easy to treat.
